  • Capture SME interview notes accurately using voice
  • Apply responsible-use principles for confidential bid material

Who it's for

Bid managers, capture leads, proposal writers and pre-construction teams who want AI doing the heavy lifting without compromising quality or compliance. No technical AI background needed.

Bid Managers
You are managing multiple bids at once with tight deadlines and high stakes. This course shows you how Copilot handles the heavy lifting so you can focus on strategy and winning.
Proposal Writers and Capture Leads
You need compelling, compliant proposals without spending days drafting from scratch. This course shows you how AI accelerates your writing process without compromising quality.
Pre-Construction Teams
You are juggling timelines, documentation, and stakeholder expectations all at once. This course shows you how to use AI to streamline your workflows and keep everything moving without the manual overhead.

  • Pull case studies and capability statements into draft responses

Module 2 · 10 July
Identify and evidence win themes

Analyse the client, market and competitor landscape with AI. Win themes backed by evidence rather than assumption.

  • Analyse the tender, client strategy and historical procurement
  • Identify competitor positioning and likely responses
  • Pull together evidence to support win themes
  • Map past bids to identify what works and what does not
  • A 30-minute client and competitor analysis to validate three win themes

Module 3 · 17 July
Repeatable bid workflows from capture to submission

Build reusable prompt patterns and simple AI configurations for the operational side of bid management. Quality and audit trail intact.

  • Standardise capture and qualification questions across opportunities
  • Set up repeatable patterns for drafting, review and approval
  • Run compliance checks on long documents consistently
  • Reduce duplicated effort across simultaneous tenders
  • A repeatable AI-supported pattern from capture to submission

What They're Saying...

Go further with the AI Institute
Our team builds automations. Your team runs them.
Agent Build
This course is where it starts, not where it ends. For those who are ready to go further, the AI Institute works directly with estate agency teams to build automations  - listing workflows, tenant screening pipelines, client communication sequences  - and hands them back through targeted training so your team can run and maintain them without depending on outside support.

Frequently asked questions
Which AI tools do I need?
Paid versions of the tools are recommended so you get the full experience with no limitations. We'll confirm your setup during the tech check on Week 1.
Can we use AI on confidential tender material?
We cover information classification, pricing sensitivity and what should not go into AI tools. Module 1 sets clear guardrails.
What if our bid team is non-technical?
No technical background required. The course is built for senior bid managers, capture leads and writers, not engineers.
How is this different from generic AI training?
The course is built around the work bid teams actually do: capture, qualification, win themes, drafting, compliance checks, submission.
Will sessions be recorded?
Yes. All live sessions are recorded and available to access for 90 days after the course finishes, so you can revisit any section at your own pace.
Can we use our own past bids?
Live sessions use anonymised examples. Apply techniques to your own past bids between modules.
